Icecon Business Systems NAV has acquired Excellent System, an experienced consulting firm focused on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, based in Gothenburg. The acquisition is one of the first steps to create a new vendor offering Dynamics NAV.
Icecon Business Systems NAV was formed in May this year and is part of the all new IT group Icecon. The focus is to offer Microsoft's well-known ERP Dynamics NAV for rent per month and per user, where everything, from implementation to dedicated hardware is financed through a monthly fee. Since the start, four experienced professionals have been recruited. Today's acquisitions strengthen the organization further and gives the company a head start.
- We have had our eyes on Excellent System from the start and saw clear benefits in an acquisition of the company. They have experienced staff who are versed in both business and software and they are recognized as skilled in Dynamics NAV, says Staffan Hansson, CEO of Icecon Business Systems NAV.
For Excellent System the acquisition may be an entirely new journey.

Behind Icecon Business Systems NAV is Icecon which, since its inception last spring has recruited over 50 people. We are located in Umeå, Luleå, Kramfors and Gothenburg. Icecon have a comprehensive IT consulting and financing activities and its own operations center in Kramfors. The combination means that you have the strength needed to allow customers to rent a customized ERP system without any startup cost. With the launch of the ERP concept, the need for new recruitment will be large in Kramfors, Umeå and Luleå, particularly in infrastructure, operations and sales and business consultants for Dynamics NAV.
