Implementation methodology
The implementation methodology is based on accumulated experience from installations of Navision worldwide and it describes a project's lifecycle - from the first contact until the Navision system is ready and deployed. The goal is to ensure that a Dynamics NAV project is sold in the right way, that needs are correctly understood, that the Navision project progresses effectively and that no unplanned deviations are made from the scope of the project.
The implementation of Dynamics NAV is conducted by using distinct parts. A well-defined implementation methodology means that all resources are used optimally and that the information flows and is shared between all stakeholders.
